Free tracked shipping
Every order ships free with tracking to Australia and Canada.
How long does it take?
- Processing: 1–3 business days to prepare and dispatch your order.
- Australia: usually 6–12 business days after dispatch.
- Canada: usually 10–20 business days after dispatch.
Our products ship from our fulfilment partner’s warehouse, which is why delivery takes a little longer than a local store. Delivery times are estimates and can occasionally be affected by customs, public holidays or carrier delays.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number. Tracking can take 2–4 days to start showing updates.
Duties and taxes
Australia: no extra charges on delivery.
Canada: orders may occasionally be charged import duties or taxes by Canada Border Services Agency on delivery. These are set by the Canadian government, not by us.
Where we ship
We currently ship to Australia and Canada only.
Problems with delivery
If your tracking hasn’t updated for 10 days, or your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of dispatch, email us at support@keepneathome.com and we’ll sort it out – including a free replacement or full refund if the parcel is lost.
