How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 6–12 business days to Australia and 10–20 business days to Canada.
Is shipping free?
Yes – standard tracked shipping is free on every order to Australia and Canada, with no minimum spend.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships we email you a tracking number. If you haven’t received it within 5 business days, just email us.
Where do you ship from?
Our products are shipped directly to you from our fulfilment partners’ warehouses, which is why delivery takes a little longer than a local store – and why we can keep prices low and shipping free.
Which countries do you deliver to?
We currently deliver to Australia and Canada.
Returns & refunds
What if my item arrives damaged, faulty or wrong?
Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We’ll send a free replacement or a full refund – your choice.
Can I return something if I change my mind?
Yes. Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. See our Refund & Returns Policy for details.
Payments & security
Is it safe to pay on this website?
Yes. The whole site is encrypted (look for the padlock in your browser) and payments are processed by PayPal. We never see or store your card details.
Which payment methods do you accept?
PayPal and major credit and debit cards through PayPal’s secure checkout – you don’t need a PayPal account to pay by card.
Will I pay extra fees at delivery?
Prices are shown in your local currency. For Australian orders there is no import duty on orders under A$1,000.
Products
Do I need tools to install the organisers?
No. Our organisers clamp onto a tap, stick on with strong adhesive pads or simply stand on the bench.
Will the adhesive shelves damage my tiles?
They are designed for smooth tiles, glass and stone. Clean and dry the surface first and wait 24 hours before loading. To remove, gently warm the pad with a hair dryer and peel slowly.
